INC or INITIATIV Consulting is a management consulting company based in Thailand and operates to provide training, consulting and services to companies in Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region with our specializes in strategic modern management, performance coaching, organizational development and transformation.
Our team start a business consulting service as a group of independent management consultants in the early of 2000s and officially established to operate as a company in 2013. With our collaborative team of various specialties and expertise practitioners and consultants, we provide practical business solutions to help our clients improve their business performance through consulting, coaching, seminar and learning programs. We help organizations enhance their business competitiveness, improve performance, solve complex business problems via customized solutions and design.

- Organizational and human development, we design and provide several customized and exclusive training programs and seminars both in-house and public courses. In addition, we help our clients to design, develop, implement their internal training center and academy to reskill and upskill their employees both off-line and on-line approach, executive coaching programs, consulting programs, and human resource development outsourcing.
- Operational and business performance improvement, we deliver results by designing and implement high impact solutions. Our consultants work seamlessly with the client working teams to create optimal solutions that shape the desire future-state. In addition, not only the results we deliver, but also the essential knowledge to ensure that the teams can continuously sustain the results after we hand-off the project.
- Personal development, we help them to achieve their personal goals by providing customized performance coaching, life coaching, and counseling programs to help them determine their work and life purposes, improve capability, upskills and acquire new skills, guide and facilitate them to achieve their purposes.
From the first day to now, we’ve delivered services to help clients to enhance their business values for more than 100 companies in Thailand across various types of industries and range from scale of SMEs to MNCs. We provide our organization development programs by starting with asking the right questions, and then move forward to gain more understanding with research and analysis studies to design the right and high impact customized solutions to our clients.
